National Service Animal Registry made error in production and now insist I was at error.

I typically don't like to complain. And in this instance its only $20 issue. But this company indicate they have an ironclad guarantee. So imagine my angst when I order a name tag for my dog "Rogue" but instead receive one for "Rogure." I have my order form showing the picture of my dog above her name "Rogue" as I entered it. But this company insists that the error was mine since on page two of their confirmation in the fine print, they listed Rogure instead. DO NOT ORDER from this company--National Service Animal Registry. Their guarantee isn't worth the pixels its etched in. I will stop payment on my credit card, but thought they would be decent enough to acknowledge their mistake and correct it post haste. Instead, they "generously" offered to provide me free shipping if I paid to have their error corrected. What a scam!

I just registered my dog as a Medical Assist Service Animal. She has been trained by a professional trainer, passed her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and learned her specific medical assist task before we were willing to find a registry.

There are a lot out there that just want your money. NSAR has a three-step registration process that includes asking the right questions—IS your dog trained to behave and is your dog trained to do a needed task.

We are pleased with the registration process and material they sent.

I obviously don't know all the details, but I've registered two service animals with National Service Animal Registry in the last two years and my son registered his emotional support animal this year. The company was very attentive, responding to questions and shipping quickly.

When I registered my first dog I mispelled her name (only found out when I got the IDs in the mail.

They gave me the same free shipping they offered Anonymous, and I couldn't be happier. It just makes me wonder what the whole story is with this complaint.

I also registered my PSA K9 with National Service Animal Registry. I also found the company to be very patient and responsive to all my questions.

Quick shipping as well. This company has also been featured in TIME MAGAZINE for its recognition to service animals. Because the Federal ADA does not actually have an "official database", the NSAR is actually doing a good thing! Explaining to the customer that it is a federal offense that is punishable by fines or jail time if anyone gives false information.

For example: If you have applied, been approved and are officially disabled by law; If you have a signed letter from your Board Certified physician or psychiatrist who recommends a service animal would have positive benefits to your disability; and your dog(animal) has been trained to do a specific task(s) to help you in relation to your disability, then you have the right to claim your animal as a "Service Animal". No complaints here!! I do NOT believe the NSAR is a scam.

I hope the this company helps catch the dishonest folks who really don't have a true service animal or disability. FYI...An Emotional Support Animal(ESA K9) is not recognized Under ADA Fed Law as a "Working Service Animal" Just sayin'
